What video card fits these requirements?

ok here are the problems i have - pc is slow - many programs are unresponsive sometimes - some programs cant be turned off but i can access them (like internet-search) - freezes, laggs, games are also a pain to play with laggs - when programs freeze, task manager does not work either - when i shut down, i have many .exe problems which dont turn off automatically or initialization failed: like - dwwin.exe , ccApp , dumprep.exe , hpqtra08.exe , and sometimes some more... - last but not least my pc sometimes has problem with the cooling air vent, it sometimes speeds up (make more noise and more cool) while this time it takes more longer waves.. System specs - my pc i gather is relatively ok; - HP,Windows Media Center, Dual Core Processor, Intel Pentium D CPU, Version 2002, Service Pack 3, 3.40GHz, 2.00GB of RAM, Graphics card Nvidia GeForce 7600 with driver version 176.0, Two memory cells :C :D each with around 270 Gb - I have a printer, hp Photosmart 7350, CannonScan scanner, S-video output to my tv, dsl internet connection (although i also have an integrated LAN), bluetooth, logitech mouse (those high performance ones), microsoft wireless entertainment keyboard 7000 via bluetooth usb (which could be one of the causes, since whenever my pc froze, i disconnected the usb, and the pc began to work again :S ), a usb microsoft livecam, connection to an iphone and an ipod.. -i have Norton, Steam, Internet explorer 7, windows live messenger, slysoft anyDVD, hp digital monitoring, wmp 11, windows media center, and a few games (some of which i uninstalled) - css, dods, hl2 ep0-2, crysis, world in conflict, city life, empire at war, the sims 2... - in my tskmng svchost takes up 99 percent of my CPU usage while explorer.exe takes 100 mg of my ram - norton scan, pc check or speed up sites did not help - 30 percent free space on my C: cell, and 99 percent free on my D: cell... Any Help will be much appreciated, Thanks!! and i have done defrag with disk clean up and driver maintenance, avg doesnt help

How much should I charge an hour at my gaming cafe?

The glow of the computer screen fills the dark room. A loud sound of clicks pours out of the keyboard. Every so often the sound of a new message echoes against the walls. This situation is common in young woman who are naive to the thought that sexual predators exist over the internet. The internet is a place with little supervision and well design and intriguing websites. Predators and hackers find the internet as a way to manipulate users and abuse the concept of using the internet. Anyone who has an internet connection is exposed to common threats and material that may be harmful to the their computer and themselves. None of these dangers are more common than internet predators. Internet predators are a growing concern for parents. Predators find it easy to reach children through chat rooms and social networks like Myspace, YouTube and Facebook. Both Myspace and Facebook have developed a new generation of young adults almost all by themselves. The concepts of these networks are easy. A personal profile is made which includes things like hobbies, blogs, videos and pictures which are easily searchable by personal information entered upon signing up. Other users are able to leave comments and messages on your profile. You may also add users to your friends list which allows them to view more pictures and have access to vital information about yourself. This information includes your city, state, age, schools, companies, martial status, and even your yearly income. Doing this increases the chance of people finding out exactly where you are. If you were to post that you were going to be somewhere at a particular time and date, it would be frighteningly easy for someone else to wait for you there. More children are abusing the networks using them for self gratification. They tend to feel better about themselves. Most children on Myspace add friends they don’t know. They are fooled to believe that having friends’ years older than themselves is innocent. Although most websites won’t let you sign up if you’re too young, it’s fairly easy to type in any year you desire, making it simple to be any age you want. According to Myspace, in August of 2006, they reached their 100 millionth user making Myspace expand into an international empire and containing over 50 million users. With the successful expansion, Myspace is taking a stand against sexual predators and hackers by devoting a page of safety tips to making a Myspace experience safer. The page gives you tips and resources that the Myspace team encourage you to share with your family and friends. They also hope to install new safety features, making it impossible for anyone to do any harm. Although social networks propose many threats they’re also used in a crime fighting manner. Take Heather Kane for example, who used Myspace to obtain information about her ex-husband’s new lover. She intended on hiring a hit man to kill the woman. Fortunately, the hit man she hired was an undercover policeman. Police now use the internet to help collect evidence that can be vital in a court case or to help identify suspects. Users sometimes post explicit pictures or a confession, making to easy for police to file charges. The internet isn’t just a place for communicating. Many people who have the internet use it for everyday conviences. People buy their prescriptions, gifts, clothes, games, movies, music and everything else through the internet. These actions usually require credit card information. Hackers can easily obtain this knowledge and use it as if it were their own. Sometimes, they use vital information and sell it to other hackers anywhere from $1 to $175 depending on how much information they have. Everyday, over 400 credit card numbers are stolen. This may include social security numbers, pins, birth dates, phone numbers, street adresses, and even mother’s maden name. Banks are trying to resolve this issue by issuing a credit card number that may only be used once, hopefully reducing a risk.

I am looking for video game recommendations I am looking for a video game mainly that lets you build cities like in age of empires series and lets you make multiple cities like in civilization (just no as rapidly as possible) and if possible let other people join your little country... but I have never actually heard of any thing like that... but anything like civilization or age of empires is good and if possible get a link to a review or something (I am also into FPS, and mmorpgs but don't recommend runescape lol).

Are there any latest strategy games, like age of empires, rise of nations, world in conflict combined? Im watching so many videos that inspire me to play something like this. I was wondering if there would be a game were you can start out with people and build a colony or city or whatever and grow crops and all the basic livings. Train an army and have officers and other military units, be under control by a government and start a revolution and declare inderpendence. be able to run a nation. ... not try to cover up the fact that they're in that city, or that the created city is based off of that real city? For example... Superman flying around the Statue of Liberty... In METROPOLIS!!! Now, I realize that they were filming in New York City for the movie, but why'd they have to make it so obvious they were doing so? (though the fact that the movie was made in the '70s may be a part of it...) Also, Grand Theft Auto 4, set in LIBERTY CITY is so noticeably based on New York City... BUT THEY MADE IT ALMOST EXACTLY LIKE NYC!!! There's the Statue of liberty, Empire State Building, all that! How could they not possibly have used an existing city for a fictional place? They created the whole city for the game so why did they create New York City and call it Liberty City? (the least they could've done was set the story in NYC...)

When making a movie or video game in a fictional place, why do they sometimes use real cities and not try to..

I'm tired of strategy games like Command and Conquer, where lucky snap-second decisions and the speed at which you click is more important than grand strategies and careful decision making. I'm looking for a strategy game where I can slow down, take it easy, and think about what to do next. Something similar to SimCity 4, but bigger and different. Instead of a city, what about a country, or an empire even? As long as the game's single-player (I very rarely play on-line) isn't turn-based, I'm open to give it a try.
